Very clean and hats off for the fountains of water by the elevator when the restaurants in the while country try to rip everyone off with water.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Brugge. Slight negative is that the air con wasn't great but the staff was very helpful and sorted it for us. Also a few mosquitos in the room, dont know where they came from but after I killed them all good. Hotel amenities excellent with fridge in room. Cold water fountains in corridor. Overall a very nice Novotel hotel.

Our stay at Novotel was excellent! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms and bathrooms and the food was delicious. My kids loved the pool!
The location is fantastic—it’s only about a 4-minute walk to a laundromat and just a few minutes walk from the central market area, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The smell of chocolate and waffles never stops!
Whether you’re traveling solo, with family and children, or with friends, this is a perfect hotel to stay at. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

훌륭해요 Good location with a parking lot underneath. AC in the room. We had a 2 story room. Upstairs bathroom was dirty. Breakfast at 26 euros is too expensive. Staff was very nice.

So happy I chose the hotel with the calm relaxing pool area as the weather was beautiful our whole stay (mid June). Hotel is in the perfect location for all your needs and wants to see. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel was very clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend and return on a future visit
