We had a comfortable stay, housekeeping service was excellent and the food service staff as well.My sincere gratitude for the front desk staff who accommodated my request for a few hours extension ( with fees , of course) before checkout. One of the best customer service I’ve encountered !!

Very nice hotel. Good food in Relish. Swimming pool chlorine though was very strong. My nephew's swim trunks faded after swimming.

The staff are very good at what they do. The housekeeper who took care of my room during my 30 day stay is excellent. He paid a lot of attention to detail and if he had any questions, he asked. The kitchen in the unit was sufficient and modern. I had breakfast included in my plan for free but I only used it once - I don't get up early. The one time I did use it, I was not too impressed - everything was clean but there was a lack of variety especially for western guests. But that is such a minor issue. The property is located close to 2 malls and a decent area to walk around in. There are several small variety stores nearby and plenty of coffee choices - my favorite coffee place is located a short walk away in Ortigas Park - go find it. My sincere thanks to the Staff, especially my wonderful housekeeper.

Great friendly service. Good location. Breakfast was mostly good, there were good days and not so good days. I found the pool very cold to swim in. Nice lounge on third floor.

훌륭해요 Everyone was very nice and accommodating throughout our stay. We did have a couple of issues with our room—the A/C wasn’t working properly and the shower didn’t drain—but the staff responded quickly and moved us to another room right away. Overall, great service, and I would definitely stay here again
