매우 훌륭해요 Very clean and original building and decor Very beautiful. Staff was very helpful with directions to sites and even helped with luggage down the steps. Just a few steps to St Marks Square. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean. The location is good. Shops and St Mark's Basilica are very close. The only problem we had was the shower heater. After 1 person, the heater in the shower wont heat up anymore. They tried to come and help us, very helpful staff but the heater still didnt work.

Bathroom floor soaked after showers, lift was not easy, quad room pictures were vastly larger than our room. Staff was friendly, room had great air conditioning. Beds were ok. Location of hotel is excellent! Right outside expensive shopping and gondola ride.
