매우 훌륭해요 This was our first visit. The location is ideal, and the main building and gardens are beautiful.
Staff are welcoming when you arrive, particularly the concierge who couldn't do enough to make sure everything was right with our accommodation. We stayed in the Garden Cottage which was quaint and roomy with a comfortable bed.
Food in the restaurant was excellent and the service from Daniela, the Restaurant Manager, and her team was impeccable - very attentive but not intrusive. The one thing that would improve the dining experience would be soft background music at dinner, so that diners don't feel
We really enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the large swimming pool which is big enough to swim laps.

Sunday breakfast left a lot to be desired, to wait 20 minutes for croissant/pastries to be provided was poor.
Sunday paper which we had ordered was never delivered.
Monday morning flowers on table mostly dead!
Dinner menu on Sunday should not have been the same as on Saturday, therefore we did not eat in the restaurant on Sunday.
Staff friendly and polite but not convinced that some of the dining room staff had english ability that was upto a level that might have been expected.

매우 훌륭해요 Stayed there with our dog in a cottage. Room and grounds great only problem dogs are not allowed in hotel so it’s effectively self catering

만족해요 The hotel has a lovely setting but the rooms need some tlc. The restaurant was very expensive and thecresto and bar service was moderate. I wouldnt return!

Beautiful grounds and location with excellent amenities. The restaurant was excellent with a great wine list and very friendly service. Would highly recommend for a getaway with that special person!

Friendly staff, cozy room, delicious food… what more do you need for vacation? The hotel locates close to all the major tour sites while hiding itself in a peaceful and private garden. This has become my only choice for hotel in north Wales.

For the cost of the hotel I expected better service. There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. The food was fairly good but considering the cost wasn’t worth it as I've eaten better three course meals for less in many other top restaurants. It’s a shame as the setting is lovely with the hotel buildings, gardens, and the Snowdonia hills in the distance. It could be so much better with some improvements here and there but I didn’t feel it was worth the high end cost for what was in my opinion a mediocre experience.
