the staff where helpful and the room was a nice size an plenty of space an bathroom was nice size but the room needs to be updated an the carpet needs to be changed and the closet and room door needs to be fix

훌륭해요 Very clean! Staff was helpful! The breakfast could have offered more choices and possibly some hot foods (eggs, pancakes, sausage bacon) and some fruit. Overall a great experience!

Stayed here for one night to see Bon Jovi at Madison Square Garden. Excellent experience. Was able to walk many places and also to Madison Square Garden and use the subway to get around the city. Hotel was clean. Breakfast provided. Staff very friendly. Will stay here again.

An older hotel which is maintained and clean, but really showing it's age. The beds were hard and not comfortable, but the bagels and muffins for breakfast were better than expected and very big. Location was very good and convenient.

No amenities. room was clean. we engaged with 3 receptionists. 2 were nice and welcoming. one was mean as hell, refused to acknowlege my ID and her attitude was hard to understand. Tend to think she might have had a racist attitude
