Rooms were clean except the windows which do open. No AC of course being Europe and the windows are a little hard to open but necessary for a cool down especially at night; but then it's noisy unfortunately. Unfortunately no elevator down to the laundry/ storage area but it was amazing to have laundry services. No staff really as this is mostly self serve. The staff that we did encounter were not very helpful or nice but that's okay because we didn't need them. They really could expand the rooms to have an actual little kitchen but the room was good enough for our 4 day stay. It is super close to the metro/ bus/ and tram stations. There is a mall really close by and plenty of places to eat! Did not hear noise from other guests. Would stay here again.

No kitchenette sink. You have to wash the dishes in washroom sink.

This is a bare bones experience, the room was clean and quiet with a good location, as long as you don't go in with the idea of a full service hotel you will be happy with the stay

Not a hotel, its an apt building...Pic on website have someone at the front desk, no one there.. they send you a code i hour before check in, very misleading, it work for some not my type of place. Ended up at the Holiday Inn.

Everything was good. But there was no sugar for tea.😆 Thankyou

Near helsinki city centre. Convenient location to move around as there is a metro station and a bus station

What a cool neighbourhood!

This hotel is a really good value. House keeping staff and the young men who work on the property are wonderful. This message is for the management team and that is you have such a good hotel but why did you put in the cheapest pillows money can buy? All good hotels offer at least one soft pillow and one hard pillow. Please make this change. Those pillows are the worst and so people have to stack their clothes underneath to get a decent night sleep. Make this change, it’s an inexpensive fix, and your hotel is well on the way to being near the top. Mr. Canada 🇨🇦
