I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend

Wonderful

It was very useful having such extensive and free parking. Every member of staff that we dealt with was polite, helpful and could not have done more to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was better than many other hotels I have stayed in. All areas where f the hotel were clean and well maintained. The car park needs a bit of upgrading. The area at the front of the hotel was a pleasant area to meet friends and have a drink. We had one evening meal at the hotel which was very good. I would like to see more choices and perhaps daily changes. For me the highlight has to be the exceptionally kind and considerate staff. Good location for exploring the area but you do need a car.
