The rooms are bright and spacious, the facilities clean, and the staff friendly. The location is spectacular and we had a lovely walk on the property. Ideal place to stay at after a long flight.

Wait staff a little “stiff” in comparison to other nearby restaurants. Some unexpected restrictions at Cilantro i.e. can’t have a drink without food? Mini-bar repeatedly not replenished even after asking. We also didn’t get our “free” bottle of wine. Housekeeping has been better in other properties. Now, we are experienced world travelers but a first in beautiful Croatia and we extended our stay following a meeting.

Much improved… visited 2022 and was disappointed with the club breakfast, poor food and beverage options there and slightly tired space. This has been revamped and is now worthy of a 5* hotel. Breakfast choices excellent this time in the club, improved quality and options! Proper, fresh orange juice not diluted. The rooms are the same and very clean but starting to feel a little tired so could do with a refresh. Staff friendly and pleasant but communication surrounding pool closures is poor. Lots of closures due to events and there are others but a bit of notice would be good. Concierge not massively helpful or knowledgeable. Felt we knew more about the area and restaurants than they did! Really need to improve recommendations. Also they could do with updating their towels - grey and not fluffy. Last time was unsure if would revisit and visited this time on a whim but would definitely return.

Resort is amazing, staff is great, friendly, it’s clean and well maintained.

We stayed in the club level. Nice rooms drinks from 11 to 11 spa was very nice and the private day tours they have available at the resort into Montenegro, Bosnia, to Split, etc. or very nice only a 20 minute ride to old town Dubrovnik would stay again.

Excellent high quality hotel. Main pool quite modest size (although 2 other pools, one adult only) so this and the main restaurants could be very busy in summer. May a great time to come although hotel also hosts lots of conferences at this time of year

Disappointed that entire rooftop was reserved for a private party on our final evening and we had no notice about that until we went up to enjoy it. Secondly our dining reservation was cancelled one night at a restaurant we had hoped to dine at due to the same large party blocking it. We should have been notified about these “blocks” upon check in so that we could have adjusted our itinerary. Or at the very least been compensated for our loss in enjoying all of the amenities.

We had an amazing stay. The pool areas are lovely and the view is amazing. Our 1 bed apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. We had a great time. We explored La Pasta and The Market restaurants, both which served very nice food, although quite expensive but to be expected at a 5* hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!

I did a spa day and it was fabulous beautiful facility

This a beautiful resort! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Our room and the the resort property could not ne more lovely!!
