Travelled with family and stayed in two Lakeside chalets for 4 nights. Had a most enjoyable time together. Good amenities and well appointed units with Lots of activities for the children. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for families and group holidays!

One of the friendliest welcome and check in from hotel staff. Quick shout out “Onnie” (spelling?). She made our day each day with her bright smile! The accommodations were adequate for a group of 4. The kitchen was also well equipped

Rented this place because i wanted prive laundry and the expedia price was an absolute steal. We had a cozy 2 story condo on the canal. We did laundry, cooked dinner on the grill, drank wine and fed the ducks. It was a great stay. Only knock is the a/c only works downstairs. It was quite warm upstairs until we opened all the windows. May not work out well if it's raining

훌륭해요 Great staff to deal with. Prompt and caring.
We stay here alot and the only constructive feedback I would give is, fill up the amenities products (eg showergel and handwash etc). I have noticed there is always very minimial in the containers provided in all my trips. Probably something the housekeeping check and top up during room clean up at after check out.
