Hopefully they could come up with a heated pool.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! We were a little shocked by the number of unruly children running around the property with little parent supervision. The only saving grace was the adult only pool and breakfast. It was a beautiful property and very relaxing. The spa was amazing!

A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. The beach is beautiful & it’s fun to watch it change with the tides - the low tide sandbar is awesome! So many activities and entertainment options, but also nice to lounge around at the many pool, sand and grass area loungers and cabanas. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

Nice property, small enough to get around easily. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highlight was the soaking tub on the balcony and the enthusiastic friendliness of the staff. Low points: spa was meh, did not have the infrared sauna and cold plunge as advertised and the steam room was out of order. The food was really not good. Breakfast was poorly cooked, like raw bacon and hard boiled poached eggs that took forever to get. I had dinner at their fine dining venue, also not good. The best was the pool grill where I had a nice chicken tajine with quinoa. The New Zealand ice cream for sale is to die for. At one breakfast, I asked for a second latte to take away and I was charged $10. That type of nickel and diming is unpleasant. The staff occasionally breaks out in song which is really lovely and they are quite talented. Lots of kids around so I am thinking this resort is more family leaning and not really romantic.

Overall it was a nice stay. The property is quite nice, the only drawback was the food which was quite hit and miss. Navi restaurant was nice, but Sana Sana and the pool bar were quite poor. The property sort of doesn’t match to what you expect from an InterContinental hotel.

Excellent service, great buffet with excellent coffee! and the food at Navo was outstanding. All staff were very attentive and the resort itself is well maintained and overlooks the best beach in Fiji mainland

The property is an hour drive from the Nadi airport. The property is excellent and everyone is very friendly. The beach is beautiful especially when you experience the sandbar. The only downside is the limited restaurants in the property. I suggest looking into expanding the dining options considering it’s hard to commute to town just to have Dinner in Port Denerau. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the spa amenities.
