ALL the staff from the front desk and bellman to the restuarant and cleaning were amazing, kind and very helpful. The resort was well keep and very clean. Well located just far enough away to be peacefull but a short walk or taxi ride to shops and restuarants. Would definately stay again and recommend to a friend. Thank you Briza Staff. :)

The nighttime entertainment group was excellent really enjoyable, room was nice had a plunge pool would have been better with a subbed out there but all in all very good Food was well cooked I really enjoyed enjoyed quiet atmosphere in evenings eating down by beach. Staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble very polite I had everything I needed
Thank you to staff Would stay again if I was to return to Koh Samui

The hotel room/area was comfortable and super spacious. We felt tucked away into am oasis of pool and lovely trees. From the moment you step onto the property, you felt the luxury and peacefulness of the hotel. If you have mobile or accessibility requirements...this hotel may not be the most convenient. Lots of stairs and steep walks to the beach area and breakfast.
The grounds are well maintained and the hotel is so clean.
The hotel sits higher up on the land, and there is a concrete retaining wall between the hotel property and beach front. You can walk down some stairs to get to the small sand area, depending on the tide. Lounging by the beach is limited to the chairs on higher ground that looks onto the beach rather than chairs on the beach itself.
I would for sure come back.

Great breakfast. Quiet location. Loved the private plunge pool. Entertainment duo, Ruth and Toto were terrific.
Only disadvantage was that it was a little far from the centre.

Good size clean rooms (booked 2 plunge pool rooms). Good location just north of the main town, so quiet at night, but close enough. Resort is on a slope, so pathways are quite steep, but a buggy is available on call if required. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well cooked. Beach bar food was also good and sensibly priced. The best part of the Briza, by a mile was the staff. They are all so friendly, fun and helpful, with nothing too much of a problem. Would definately recommend, and return.

Nice hotel although it’s showing its age, could do with updating. So don’t overpay for it, seems to always have discount which is still probably more than you should be paying. Staff were great and rooms were clean.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We got a private pool room right on the beach (room 803) and was absolutely gorgeous. The room is huge and very spacious. Highly recommend. Breakfast was nothing special, but the fresh eggs and pancakes were lovely!
