Beautiful beach

We had an amazing stay here! The location is unbeatable, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Eisler at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Great gem to stay at on the corner of Playa Norte. Water is beautiful and rooms are great! You get a day bed with your stay and the pool is nice! Would highly recommend for a getaway!

Great Boutique hotel with the best beach in Isla Mujeres. Our room was super clean, very spacious and COLD! The ACs worked perfectly and kept us cool. We had a little patio that we didn’t get to use but was very cute. The pool area can be a little more maintained. The beach club however was fantastic!! The food is absolutely delicious, drinks are strong and well served and the service is on point. We were there 5 days and everyone was very helpful and welcoming, specially Sonny from the beach club. He made sure we had everything we needed and on top of service. Will definitely continue to come back again!

This is the location you want to always return to,,, I have been here over 7 times. Love it. Staff is struggling.. a little. only Breakfast staff. For Breakfast:. It was assumed I only was there for the included breakfast, Service was a 3 out of 10. Wait was extensive to get basic continental food. We sat there for over an hour. (even after the breakfast crowd had left.. there were only 3 tables sitting). I couldn't get water while eating... couldn't enjoy the sitting. This is supposed to be a high end establishment - reflected on the nightly stay pricing. It is on a prime location. Teach your staff to rise to a higher level and provide the service they are capable of. The beach, lunch menu, wait staff at the beach, Ceviche, drinks were delicious! I definitely would come back. Rooms were clean and expansively large. Bed a little stiff.

I had great experience staying at Jaguar Hotel. Everyone working at the hotel was amazing. From the moment you get there until you leave. The food was delicious and the view to the ocean is spectacular. I how the ocean was only a couple of steps away from your room. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who just wants to get away for a couple of days.

Very small and romantic perfect location to the beach

The property was so unique and beautiful!! The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful with every need we had. My only complaint is that the bar played loud music in the evenings and into the night. A couple of nights it went on pretty late and was disturbing to try and sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Jaguar! The location is perfect—right on beautiful Playa Norte, with easy access to everything while still feeling like a relaxing escape. The included beach club access and daybeds were such a great perk and made our beach days even better. The staff was amazing from start to finish—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We also rented a golf cart directly through the hotel, and the whole process was incredibly easy and convenient. The beach club food was delicious, and I have to give a special shoutout to the spicy watermelon margarita—it was hands down the best one I’ve ever had! For this trip, we had planned to stay at Casa del Jaguar first and then finish our vacation at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun. But after leaving Isla Mujeres and checking into the all-inclusive, we realized just how much we missed Casa del Jaguar—so much so that we actually went back! That probably says more than anything else about how much we loved our stay. We are already planning our next trip back in February and can’t wait to return. Casa del Jaguar has officially become one of our favorite places, and we would recommend it without hesitation! 🌴🍉🍹
