This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. Love the location and that it is modernized and clean. This stay, we did not have hot water and had to take cold showers - staff simply said they were sorry. An offer of a small snack/meal for this inconvenience Additionally, it was very noisy with kids and people continually in the halls. Lastly, in the past the staff have helped us with luggage and to secure a taxi - this time we were left in our own. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Air condition terrible

I stayed for two nights with my daughter while visiting Barcelona! The room was clean, the service amazing, the staff knowledgeable and kind, and the breakfast was delicious! Will stay here again!

The location was great, right in the center of everything. However, the main road (Rambla) in front of the hotel has been under construction for a year and half ( according to the staff from the hotel), it didn't appear that it could be done anytime soon, and may need another year and half the minimum (today is July 2026). The hotel room was small, the bathroom had no shelves or any places to put your toiletry on. it just has a sink with a small counter space for soap and small things, they could utilize the sink below the sink, add some shelves, but NO shelves. The towels were very old and thin, floor towel got soaked after one person took a shower (only feet stepped on it). Two very tiny ( I mean really tiny, barely fit in 4 medium size people) elevators ran very, very slow, up and down, doors open and closed, all super slow. The breakfast was great. Staff was responsive and friendly.

Everything was. Great. The management was very helpful.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean, having a balcony was nice in the morning to have coffee

Fantastic hotel, we booked this last minute, and couldn’t be happier!!! The rooftop bar views are beautiful, and amazing cocktails! We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the staff were so accommodating and helpful to get us into our room asap!! Definitely will be back!

Location is fantastic and hotel is good

Great location, great room (even free coffee and wine when we arrived!) staff super helpful, overall amazing place to stay

I think it looks way better in pictures. The location is okay but the price I paid I could get something better.
