Excellent location, great pool and facilities. But they need management overhaul. The staff is alright, they seem overworked and lacked resourced. For such a big hotel with 150 villas spread over 20+ acres they had just 2 buggies for handling luggage. If this was a Asian resort they would have 10 buggies riding at every whims. The restaurant has some great servers and food is good. But there are no seats unless you book prior. For a resort which is a 8-10km away from nearest town you need to have enough seating to serve everyone in the resort and more for visitors. Food, for breakfast was good. We did not book anything at the villa after we saw this mismanagement. Would have loved to use the spa (too cold for swim for me even in the heated pool). The weird thing was that the reception insisted on putting a charge on the room for extra umbrella!! You can simply charge the deposit if bad guests steal your umbrella without offending other good guests. Service industry is about enthusiastic solving the problems and being genuinely helpful. Many servers in the restaurants were quite genuinely helpful. Housekeeping was good - though I did not meet the housekeeping staff they seemed competent. Front desk needs improvement - proper training. Send them all to Asian Pullman hotels to learn.

Not really a luxury hotel like other Pullman brands - more a family resort

Good people in great spot even in winter. Used the gym too, good enough.

A beautiful hotel, expensive but worth it for the lovely self contained villa. So private and quiet. Gorgeous beach but it was too cold for us in the pool. We had a terrific time exploring the area and found lots of options for dining.

Love this location, the staff is professional, the pool is great and has breathtaking views. The villas are needing a bit of maintenance tho but heard it's planned. Breakfast buffet is huge. However the gym needs to be re arrange and new equipment is very much needed.

Room good. Staff very unresponsive.

The room was dirty, had bugs and spiders and was dated with old stained scratched furniture. The restaurant onsite was awful. Service was really slow, the food even slower and not tasty.
