The property was located in a convenient location with good food options and a grocer within walking distance. The grounds were extensive although we didn’t explore it all as we only stayed a few nights. Having breakfast included was a plus with young children but we didn’t eat elsewhere on the resort. Same cons: there were several major events near our room that kept us up. We weren’t notified about them and I wouldve asked to be in a room in a quieter location. No AC in the second room/ac didn’t reach the second room. Overall we found it okay but not worth the price if you’ve experience other resorts in other places.

Excellent place to stay especially for families with young children. Employees are kind and staff is amazing. Clean and well maintained. Only comment I would suggest is to have music during the day and to play Italian music as we had mostly English music.

Very large resort; very clean and many sitting areas by the beach the bar etc.; nightly shows with music; excellent buffet breakfast; large and clean beach ; need water shoes. Good size and renovated rooms ,Staff are very professional and very helpful; 10 minute walk from bus terminal and 20 minute walk to beach promenade. Many restaurants close by. Very pleasant vacation,

It is unusual for me to stay somewhere and say I would never recommend and this is one of those unusual cases. Firstly, we had issues on the second day to access our room and it turned out the door handle locking system had run out of battery so our key cards didn't work. It was a lot of faff to get this sorted and we were told until its fixed to leave our room door open - I was appalled by this suggestion of lack of security. There was no ironing board or iron so I was not able to iron my floaty dresses etc. The wifi did not work in the room so I had to use an e-sim while in the room, but the wifi did work round the pool. The hairdryer in the room was such poor quality and is comparable to ones I have used in two star hotels. The bedding sheets are only changed every three days and they never even informed us of this at check-in. I only found out about this 3 day rule when I enquired why our room wasn't serviced fully. We also had lots of ants in our room even though we were on the 4th floor. When I did raise this issue it was swiftly resolved but I would not expect to find this. Overall I would not consider this a four star hotel experience, 3 star would be pushing it too.

Giant resort that is far away from everything. Crazy prices for everything. The food is all terrible. They charge to use a beach towel. I paid for a dinner buffet and immediately walked in to find it was closing and most of the food was gone. They refused to give me a refund and would only give a credit for another meal which I didn’t want. A can of Coke Zero was $6 euro. If you are a big family with no taste I’m sure you will love it. The staff was all really nice though.
