The staff were very helpful. They helped us check the train schedule and called the car rental company. The room was clean and very spacious. The location is convenient just a few minutes walk to the Palais des Papes.

Just steps away from the Pope’s Palace, restaurants and all of the old city. It was a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend it.

그저 그래요 the parking situation was sooo difficult...far away, all cobblestones, ugh. they did send me an email about the difficulties but it was AFTER i booked. TV was awful, BBC news was the only english station. front desk did not speak or understand any english. could not drive to hotel, it was surrounded by ped areas and that was not clear. i called to see how to get in and thats when i realized the no english situation. all i understood was 'parking palais du papes' ugh. i will alwlays choose on site parking in the future.
