Room was clean, paid parking was easily accessible, wish they would decorate the balcony. Breakfast isn’t anything special just the basics. The air condition works… if you’re standing under it otherwise we were burning up! Lovely staff!

The hotel is in an excellent location at Andel Metro and shopping centre, also 300meters from a lift direct to train platforms. The room was clean except for a few black hairs The breakfast was good. Reception staff were excellent. No sauna, no gym...but very quiet, so would stay again.

We had seen the reviews about poor receptionist service, but it was indeed appalling. After a late night train, we checked in to Akcent hotel and found there were at least 5 living and 5 dead big green houseflies in our room. We requested a room change but this was not accommodated. The receptionist refused to even have a look, and said that flies are normal everywhere and it was not the hotel's fault and there was nothing they could do. He couldn't even offer anything except for tissues (not even a broom). We spent half an hour chasing flies out of our room. Horrifying experience and terrible service. The breakfast was decent.
