I found a strand of someone else's hair in my bed and black stains on the pillowcase. I had to ask the staff to replace it with a clean one. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Easy checkin and plenty of close paid parking (1000 yen/day). Staff were helpful and several spoke English. The twin room non smoking was small, like many Japanese hotel rooms. We found the beds were hard. The hotel is easy walking distance to the castle and station and other main tourist attractions. Experienced some road noise on the 6th floor but not excessive. The hotel "hot spring bath" was very small. Overall OK for an overnight stay due to its location.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The location is reasonable. Property is nothing to brag about. The room was small, but more importantly, the placement of the bed was such that the second person sleeping on the side of the wall, had to maneuver very narrow space to get out of bed to go to the toilet. The amenities were very limited, no tea or coffee in the room, and the coffee at the lobby was limited to guests who paid for the breakfast. From entry to our departure, we did not get a very warm, welcoming, attitude from the staff.

I liked everything

Amazing breakfast! Very comfortable room. Nice and close to the castle.

Great stay

Rooms are clean, enough space for 2 persons and luggages (we rent 2 rooms for a family of 3).Beds are comfy. We can see the castle through the window of our rooms Staffs are polite. The location is convenient 10mn walking from the train station and ~10mn to the Matsumoto castle and the main street and the old town. The hotel has a small bath for men & women. Nothing to complain about.

The establishment is immaculate and boasts a welcoming staff that provides all necessary amenities.
