The staffs were very accommodating with my requests like early check in, extended night booking.
I left chocolates in the room when I checked out. Wonderful surprise, the hotel emailed me that they have them and kept them till I collected.

Clean and spacious room.
This hotel is stunning! Impeccable! Very closed by to the airport. Train station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby small walking distance supermarket for a snack or small food. Restaurants also nearby.
I am very specific and picky when it comes to hotel and this one, was the perfect one 👌. They have a shuttle car to and from the airport. You just have to say at what time you would like to get picked up. It's a very punctual service.

L’endroit est parfait pour y séjourner la veille d’un vol très tôt. L’hôtel se trouve à côté de la gare de train et offre un service de navette jusqu’à l’aéroport. La chambre était très confortable.

Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect, the hotel was clean, staff was amazing,the beds were so comfy and best part is the train station to go into Brussel was directly opposite so it was easy and fast to head into the city. The car park was safe and easy to find.
Thank you for this beautiful stay, my family and myself enjoyed every second of this trip 10/10.
