Room clean but very basic. No tea / coffee facilities. Overhead shower unusable as flow so poor, handheld nozzle wouldn't stay up so showered from waist down! Disappointing for the cost but it was only 7 minutes walk to the station

The rooms are clean and well kept for a 3 star hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station with easy access by bus to Venice.

I was told that the quad room is no longer available, even though that is what I booked. I was offered 2 rooms that each can have 2 people, for the same price. I accepted. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. It was just a floor, 4 walls, and a bed, and an old bathroom that was not upgraded. Painted in drab colors.

terrible nothing like advertised felt like a prison host was nice but everything else absolutely horrid massive saftey hazard everywhere mould exposed wire.

This is a very basic, low-budget accommodation. The bathroom was not very clean, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the location is convenient—within easy reach of both the train station and the bus to Venice.
Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you're on a tight budget and only staying briefly.
