HYROX is taking the fitness world by storm! HYROX gives its participants a measurable competition against all other participants around the world. HYROX is the ultimate challenge, a perfect combination between strength, endurance and determination.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

All Klook Experience Packages come with HYROX tickets + 2 room nights.
The total amount includes the ticket price and hotel price.
No Cancellation. Amendments of hotels, check-in dates and names are not allowed.
The check-in date for all Klook Experience Packages is one day prior to the selected activity date.

The time of package option is set by default. Venue opens for registration at 8:00am and the first possible wave for each HYROX Day starts at 9:00am. Please refer to your Start Time sent to your email around 1 week before the first event day for the exact time you will be racing at.
Registration of participant information is required by using a promo code. The document (including the unique registration code inside) will be uploaded to the relevant order in your Klook account within 5 business days after order confirmation.
1. Log in to your member account and go to "My Account - My Bookings"
1. View order details - Customers who have successfully placed an order can view the document (including the unique registration code inside) on the order page.
1. Please register on HYROX official website with your code by 1 May 2026 23:59.
1. If you have not been able to view the relevant document within 5 business days after order confirmation, please contact the Klook customer service team.
The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable upon successful purchase. Please ensure that the email address you enter to receive document is correct. If the email is delayed or fails to be sent due to an incorrect email address provided by the customer, or due to other factors beyond Klook's control such as communication network problems or email service provider issues, the organizer and Klook will not be responsible, and the tickets will not be invalidated or reissued.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions or Athlete Waiver on Klook and those on the HYROX official website, the information on the HYROX official website shall prevail. HYROX reserves the right to make the final decision.

Terms and Conditions - Hotel Bundle Package

Hotel accommodation is available as part of the Klook Experience Packages. The date of check-in will be the day before as the selected event day for two-night stay. No exceptions are allowed.
Hotels have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to check-in without an adult present.
All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
Room types and bed types will not be guaranteed and will be subject to availability upon check-in.
By making a hotel accommodation booking on the Klook App, you accept and agree to the relevant hotel accommodation booking conditions, including cancellation and no-show policies. The cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel accommodation is available on the Klook App at the hotel accommodation page. Bookings made in conjunction with the event shall not be eligible for cancellation, refund or change.
Limited room nights are reserved from each hotel accommodation for the purpose of bundling with event tickets. Klook does not control the room night inventory and does not guarantee availability.
No refund / cancellation policy applies to the hotel accommodation.
Klook will not be responsible for and is not obligated to refund any unredeemed or expired accommodation.
