Terms and Conditions

• The seating chart is for reference only, and the organizer reserves the right to change.
• A platform handling fee of HK$48 will be added to each electronic ticket.
• A maximum of four tickets can be purchased per transaction.
• This event uses QR CODE electronic tickets only. Physical ticket exchange is not available.
• Please note: Once online registration is successful, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• To protect your rights, please do not purchase electronic tickets from others, as entry may be denied. The organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets.
• Please carefully verify your order details. Successful registration indicates the purchaser's agreement to pay for the content and price of this transaction and may not refuse payment for any reason.
• Please keep your admission ticket safe. In case of loss, damage, or destruction, re-registration will not be allowed. Any tampering, photocopying, scanning, or reproduction of the ticket will render it invalid.
• If the event cannot proceed due to extreme weather, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or adjust the performance schedule. Sufficient notice will be given via the company's social media platforms, and no individual notifications will be made.

Important Notice

• Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited inside the performance venue. Audience members must undergo bag/backpack checks before entering the venue. Items larger than 38 x 30 x 20 cm (15 x 12 x 8 inches), all professional cameras/iPads, video/audio recording equipment, and stools/folding chairs are prohibited inside the performance area. Long umbrellas are not allowed into the concert.
• Event tickets must be purchased from official ticketing outlets. Tickets that are damaged, stained, altered, incomplete, or photocopied will not be accepted.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket admits one person only. Under no circumstances will lost standing or non-reserved seating tickets be reissued.
• For safety reasons, selfie sticks are not permitted within the venue premises.
