I love how on time the bus went to the terminal. Everything went smoothly! A little bit shocked when one of the staff at the bus told us with high tone of her voice that they are calling us for confirmation when I dont have access with my PH sim because I am out of the country. lol

booking at Klook is very easy. on the other hand, we were a bit confused at first since the pick up area we selected has ongoing road and building construction while at Singapore. the bus arrived earlier and departure time is not affected. we had a smooth travel from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. indeed, we were able to arrive safely. I guess the only lacking in the bus is port for cellphone charging.

City line bus is nice and comfortable. It took so long to the terminal you choose in Malaysia because during our time it’s peak time so expecting a heavy traffic in downtown. We reach our destination by about 8 hrs. The driver is nice too.

Service was gooddd!! Rescheduled bus time cause in case of raining at the later evening by the admin staff very helpful too!! Bus took 3hours to reach tanah rata but was safe though speedy by the driver

Bus is on time. Driver is quite strict and always on high pitch like he’s angry with us for no reason while giving instructions / guidelines about the trip. But what is important, we had a safe trip to Malaysia. Thanks Klook!
