예약 조건 및 유의사항

  • 모든 탑승객은 탑승 전 반드시 여행 증명서(여권, 신분증, 유효한 비자)를 준비하셔야 합니다.

  • Booking must be made at least 8 hours before scheduled pick up time
  • Baby seat is not available
  • When No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to Shenzhen City or CNY400 for transfers to Shenzhen Airport
  • If No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended
  • From December 2017 onwards, all passengers traveling from Hong Kong to China are required to get off the vehicle with their luggage before crossing the border on foot. After you've crossed the border, the vehcile will be waiting for you at the "Inbound Car Pick Up area"
  • Regular service hours: 00:00-23:59
