수하물 서비스

  • Please note: Package quantity should be the number of luggage
  • Normal luggage : Any dimension for a NORMAL LUGGAGE shall not be larger than 100cm and the maximum weight shall not be heavier than 25kgs
  • Special luggage : Any items which is requested for a special handling such as sports equipment, music instrument, baby carriage, wheel chair, etc.
  • If the drop off place is at Airport, please choose your preferred luggage drop off time to be 2 hours later your flight arrival time
  • If the drop off place is at home, condo, airbnb, customer is required to wait for AIRPORTELs staff to collect the luggage
  • If you are going to claim your luggage earlier than the scheduled pick up time, please check its status before proceeding to the pick up counter
  • Please strictly follow the aforementioned procedures to avoid delays in the delivery or pick up of your luggage
  • For luggage delivery service, please book at least 2 hours before you deposit your luggage
  • For luggage delivery, the booking will be treated as a no-show with no refund if the actual drop off time is later than appointed drop off time (12:00/15:00/18:00)
  • For luggage storage, if you miss depositing your luggage 30 minutes after the scheduled deposit time, the booking will be considered as no-show and no refunds will be given
  • For luggage delivery packages, drop off time and pick up time should be at least 3 hours apart
  • For schedule luggage delivery, driver will pick up luggage within 3 hours after drop-off time (cannot appoint time)
  • For luggage storage, you are welcome to pick up your luggage 24 hours after the drop off, even if it is on the following day

  • For booking modifications, please contact center@airportels.asia before 00:00 of the service date. You can check the latest status of your booking at the service tracking page with your Booking Reference ID
  • If you would like to make any changes in your booking, please inform the customer service via e-mail one day before midnight, 00:00, before using the service
  • The extra charge fee may occur for the late retrieval at the AIRPORTELs counter
  • In the event that the details provided by the customer do not meet the booking details, or if the booking is out of service conditions, additional charges shall be applied and have to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs
  • If Customer collect the luggage at service counter on a different date from the drop off date, additional charge applies for collection done after the 24 hours (THB100/day/piece) has to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs staff
  • All luggage should be separated rather than being bundled or attached with any other item, including but not limited to plastic bag, traveling pillow, and small traveling bag(s)
  • The luggage should be in its pristine condition and can be closed, sealed, or zipped accordingly
  • The luggage must not contain any illegal, dangerous, prohibited, risky, or suspicious item
