• Special luggage such as wheelchair and foldable baby strollers will count as regular luggage. Please note that the vehicles for this activity will provide customers with space for up to 1 wheelchair and 2 baby strollers
• For customers bringing wheelchairs or baby strollers, they must send an email to service@routortravel.com to inform about the size wheelchair/strollers in advance, so the operator can offer the proper vehicle for customers

• Service hours: 07:00-21:00 (with the latest departure time at 15:00)
• There might be congested during weekends and national holidays, make sure you will depart before 09:00 to avoid traffic jams at these times
• Please note that a taxi may be provided for the tour as a vehicle, and no additional fees will be collected
• Please note: Groups of 1-4 (5 Seater Vehicle) may only request for one child seat at no extra cost, while Groups of 1-8 (9 Seater Vehicle) may request for one free child seat and a second child seat for only an extra surcharge of TWD300
• Yangmingshan National Park is a mountainous region with steep hiking trails. Please ensure that you are fit enough for a continuous and physically demanding hike
• 대만 법규상, 만 0-4세는 차량 탑승시 반드시 체중과 연령에 맞는 승인받은 영유아용/아동용 카시트를 이용해야 합니다. 일행 중 영유아/아동이 있는 경우, 미리 카시트를 예약하실 것을 권장합니다.

If both pick-up and drop-off locations are both in Tamsui, then a TWD1,000 surcharge will apply)
• An overtime surcharge of TWD300 every 30 minutes will be charged for groups of 1-4; An overtime surcharge of TWD350 every 30 minutes will be charged for groups of 1-8
