IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASE

• Resale of purchased tickets are strictly prohibited. Illegally purchased tickets will be cancelled without prior notice under the authority of the organizer, and venue entry on show day will be restricted even if you have the ticket in hand.
• Any damages from tickets purchased through another route other than the official reservation site will be your sole responsibility, and the host/organizer/ticketing companies will not be held responsible.
• Any audience requiring medical attention including pregnant women, elderly, patient with heart conditions, high blood pressures, please consider thoroughly before purchasing the ticket. (Despite the recommendation of a medical institution, you may be held self-accountable if any medical accidents occur from overdoing yourself to watch the performance.)
• When you purchase a ticket, it is considered that you have agreed to the guidance, and this may be added/changed depending on the situation. Please make sure to check the following guide before purchase and attendance so that you are not disadvantaged during the performance.
• Artist appearances are subject to change without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the artist and agency. Please understand in advance.
• The show is rated for the age of 7 and above. Please be aware that audience below that age cannot enter the venue regardless of whether they hold the physical ticket or are accompanied by an adult.
• For those under the age of 14 who reserved with a family ID, admission will be allowed after presenting the ‘physical identification of purchaser’, ‘purchase confirmation’, ‘physical identification of recipient’ and ‘original documents that prove family relationship (resident registration certificate, medical insurance card, family relation certificate)’. (This family member ID notice only applies to general ticket sales. Tickets cannot be collected by any other person other than family members.)
• Tickets changes, cancellations, and refunds can only be processed through Klook. After the reservation/cancelation deadline time (including the day of the performance.), no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed for any reason. Depending on the ticket sales, Restrict View seats may get available for purchase.
• On-site sales are conducted only for the remaining seats on the day of the performance, and on-site sales prices are the same as online reservations. (Sales may be closed early if tickets are sold out.)

ON-SITE TICKET PICK UP

• Box Office Hours: Opens 4 hours prior to the show ~ closes after the show begins (subject to change depending on the on-site circumstances)
• All tickets purchased on Klook must be picked up at the venue ticket box on show day.
• Tickets can be picked up after checking the ‘physical identification of purchaser’, ‘purchase confirmation’ and ‘additional verification documents’.
• Physical ID includes ID card, driver’s license, passport or alien registration card.
• ID cards with different names than the ticket purchaser or copies of ID cards will not be accepted, so please check and prepare the documents in advance.
• If the ticket purchaser’s identification cannot be verified, ticket pick up and admission will be restricted and tickets will not be subject to refund or cancellation from such damages including admission denial.
• After receiving your ticket, please take special caution as ticket will not be re-issued under any circumstances including misplacement & damage.

ENTRY GUIDE

• Venue Entry Hours: Begins 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the show. (subject to change depending on the on-site circumstances)
• Each person must possess 1 ticket. Under any circumstance, any audience without a ticket cannot enter the venue.
• Venue entrance is carried out by tagging the digital tickets to a dedicated reader.
• After the show begins, entry may be restricted. Please arrive at the venue early in advance. Late admission due to personal issues including ticket pick up, traffic, parking will not be subject to exchange or refund.
• Re-entry is not allowed if you leave the venue.

SEATING PLAN

• FLOOR section has no elevation nor steps between the seat rows, and portable chairs will be installed.
• Some seats may have gaps between seats even if you purchase consecutive seats.
• Due to the installation of handrails and other safety devices for the prevention of accidents as well as additional equipment (stage mechanics, cameras etc.), some seats may have restricted views. Please consider this when purchasing your ticket.

VIEWING GUIDE

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RECORDING NOTICE

There will be photography and video recording during the show. Note that the audience appearance, audio, other actions and statements (hereinafter referred to as “Portrait etc.”) inside and outside the venue, before and after the show, may be used in live or recorded audio, video or photographic recording, livestream video and audio, and used worldwide for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium including but not limited to commercial, advertising/promotional, and media broadcast purposes. By attending the show, all audience irrevocably consents to the use of “Portrait etc.” in live or recorded audio, video or photographic recording, livestream video and audio etc. and exploitation of the results and proceeds of such use without further authorization form or compensation.

SAFETY RELATED PRECAUTIONS

• Please beware that seats near the stage are exposed to special effects (fire flames, pyro, concussion).
• For pregnant women and the elderly, please pay special attention to your health conditions when watching the show.
• Please do not lean on the handrails while watching the show for the safety of audience members.
• The staff’s guidance is based on safety, so please cooperate with the instructions of the staff and refrain from asserting actions that may adversely affect the experience of other audiences.
• If you notice anyone with unexpected accident or requiring medical attention, please ask for assistance to the nearest staff.
• Please refrain from carrying out personal events and/or distributing items around the venue in order to maintain the safety and orderliness of the audience on the show day. We ask for your cooperation as you may be asked to take it down if you interfere with the audience path, maintenance of order, on-site operation, etc.

SHOW ETIQUETTE

• Any and all actions that violate copyright regulations are prohibited including unauthorized photography & video recording or broadcasting (livestreaming). When caught, all recorded contents will be deleted, and if repeated, please note that you may be forced to leave the venue. (After being forced to leave, tickets will not be subject to refund or cancellation.)
• Please refrain from wearing items such as glow-in-the-dark hairbands etc. to protect the eyes and sight view of the person behind you.
• Prohibited items within the venue (examples):
• Food and beverages excluding water
• Can, glass bottle, hard plastic cup etc.
• Items that can cause threat to others (weapons, explosives, flags, selfie sticks etc.)
• Any and all professional video camera/recording equipment with zoom lens attached including DSLR (any devices other than mobile phones)
• Laser / Laser point

CAMERA AND RECORDING RESTRICTIONS NOTICE

• To prevent copyright infringement and protect the privacy of the artists, the use of professional cameras is prohibited, and photography is not allowed on the premises.
• As such, there will be penalties for any photography, video recording, or audio recording conducted by staff.
• Any captured materials may be deleted on-site if detected during the performance.
• Please be aware that failure to comply with the staff’s instructions or repeated violations of these restrictions may result in forced removal from the venue.
• Please note that after being removed, ticket cancellation and refunds will not be possible.
• Additionally, if illegal use of any recordings or photographs taken after the performance is detected, legal action may be pursued.
• We ask for your proactive co-operation for a pleasant show experience.
