we booked the night before we boarded our train in Sapporo station. however when we tried to pickup our tickets the night before, the QR code wasn’t working in the pickup machine yet. we think it might be a terminal issue since we had just booked it ~ we should be able to pick up tickets immediately but we think it might be a delay in their system.
