Great location and easy parking. Only negative is room had only two pillows (one each) when asked for extra pillows rejected the request. Otherwise all good and comfy bed.

While staff was nice and helpful,There were problems with our room. The air conditioner did not work. We reported this the next morning and we’re told that we should have called the front desk to turn it on. It is hot in Pisa at this time of year . In fact, our room temperature for the night was 26.9. There was nothing in our room to advise us to contact the front desk to turn it on. Nor were, we told at check in. It was a rough night.

Overall stay was ok, however there was a sweege smell outside the hotel needs addressing. I recognize this could be a temporary situation. Hotel is close to airport.

とても良い Only stayed for one night before an early flight out of Pisa, but had everything we needed and was in a good location. Unfortunately we turned up to check in just minutes after a coach load so we went straight into Pisa for dinner instead and then came back later. Check in that point was quick and easy, family room was probably one of the biggest I’ve stayed in! Would book again should we need a hotel close to Pisa airport.

Stayed for one night before our flight. Room was pretty comfortable, good towels and pillows, bedding good. Staff welcoming. Walked around the corner for a pizza in the evening, and other options were available. Breakfast was fresh, good value and with a fair choice.
