The room weren't that clean the lift was broke the bed was lumpy

This place is disgusting. The bed sagged, the carpet had holes, there were holes in the walls. The pictures online do not reflect the actual state of the rooms. The elevator was broken. There was no management on site. I woke up and ants were crawling on my oranges. The air conditioner worked but was very loud and sounded liked it was broken. The vanity was broken. The hallways are narrow and dank. This is the perfect hotel to film a horror movie in... or perhaps for just a few dollars they could convert into a prison.

Lift was broken had to haul luggage to fifth floor and down again no type of refund bathroom really small looks better in pictures, should have been told in advance about broken elevator could have changed reservation

Hotel is in a great location for Paddington Station. It is clean and reasonably priced.

Great location, the room was a in need of an update but for the price you can’t complain

Its was a great little room. It is an older hotel but that feels appropriate. My only complaint was that I had a rather large suitcase and getting to the ground level room was challenging.

I can hear the guest in next room fart. You can get a better rest lying on the sofa in the lobby than inside the room.

Location is great, just a block away from Paddington, but on a quieter street. Also 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park (near the Italian Garden cafe) which makes it great for morning coffee. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side, but you can't beat the price. Very clean and comfortable.

Did the job for my short stay

Everything was ten out of ten.
