Staff at front desk were cold unhelpful and don’t care at all. The rooms were the filthiest I’ve ever seen and I stayed in hotels in over 58 countries. Shower smelled badly. Carpet and elevator floor were filthy. There was nothing good about this hotel. Stay somewhere else, please. Very disappointing experience.

1-The elevator doesn’t work properly, very frustrating.
2-Small rooms like un Tokyo, you have so many other better choices in the town for the same or lower price.
3- Smelly corridors and rooms
Nice view, nice staff at reception, don’t worth to stay there.

Lifts are inadequate for the number of rooms. Long waits and the new touch pad for floor recognition seems problematic. It wasn't just me
