What a con. This property is nothing like the photos or the description advertised. We booked two "no-window" rooms to save some money, only to discover that when we opened the curtains, we were looking directly into the elevator area where guests constantly walked past. Privacy was non-existent, and the noise levels were unacceptable. The rooms were rundown, poorly maintained, and well below average. The television didn't even work. I would describe the overall condition of the property as scungy. I cannot believe this hotel is advertised as a four-star property—it is closer to a one-and-a-half-star establishment on a good day. There also appeared to be no effective smoking policy. One of the neighbouring rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. When I raised the issue with reception, the staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help. The whole place felt more like a converted boarding house or apartment block than a hotel. To make matters worse, the breakfast was poor quality and certainly not worth the extra cost. Overall, this was very poor value for money, and I would not recommend staying here.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Gym was a bit of a letdown, the pics are old. A lot less equipment now than what is posted. Wifi was spotty as well. Did enjoy the breakfast buffet.

This was our 3rd stay and every time it gets better..!! The front desk staff is always so welcoming. Anna and Sunni do a fantastic job of check in and scooter rentals. The breakfast room staff is always accommodating and does their best to keep the guests fed and watered. The pool is always clean and inviting and the bar has a good selection. We feel this hotel is way underrated. Excellent value and 5 star ⭐️ service. We will stay again next time we are in Da Nang.
