Had to pay a 100 dollar deposit when we got there . Didn't say in the reservation. Just blinded sided it

Room was clean, staff was helpful, overall experience was pleasant. 8.5/10 would recommend!

Not enough towels in bathroom or Toilet paper , hotel had a lil smell but staff at front desk when checking in was really patient and respectful. Lady sitting at entrance at night was just sitting there while we continued to get in hotel , at midnight because our key wouldn’t work and had to be buzzed in.

Okay overall! But small room and breakfast was not that good.

So, front desk guy that checked me in was helpful. BUT, when I walked in, it took a moment for him to give me any attention, as he was on the speaker phone, and distracted. The housekeepers don’t really say too much. Which is fine, but a little “hi there”, or a smile, goes a long way. The room I stayed in wasn’t completely terrible but it needs a serious upgrade. Pillows as flat as can be when you lay on them. The cords for the window blinds kept messing up/malfunctioning when trying to open or close them. Huge indent on the floor in front of the tv, do to wear and overuse. It dips so far in, it feels like a few more months, and it might fall through to the floor below. The floors were also dirty The bathtub had patches of missing paint in it. The windowsill is filthy. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Needs better breakfast, the breakfast is microwaved unfortunately but the staff and cleanliness makes up for it. If they had better breakfast ill consider stay more than one week at a time.

This property does not look ANYTHING like the photo. My first impression when I arrived was not good. After entering, I found the property to be very dated but clean which was very important. The staff was helpful. If you are looking for clean room and reasonable price, this place fits the bill.
