People should be directed to check in on Floor 10 between Block D and Block E. Google Maps has the address wrong as Floor 17 Block C. Nobody came to clean my room. The bathroom door was spring-loaded and would not stay closed. There are 50 "hotels" in this building, Pacific Lodge is not one any signs, making it difficult to navigate when you first arrive.

とても良い Staff were helpful and accommodating. Truly. I booked on the wrong day but they amended things without fuss.
I was out til 3am and had no trouble getting in and getting an extra blanket.
I got good advice about buying luggage and they stored my baggage whilst I did this

少しがっかり This establishment should never be listed on any hotel sites. Extremely poor condition to find reception area, which is separate from actual room. Overall there was never a hotel named "Pacific Lodge"

少しがっかり Hotel double booked my booking and told me I had to call hotels.com and cancel! You messed up, you should've told me before hand! They then gave me another room which was smaller than the room I booked at the same price. They then charged me additional fees for cleaning which I wasn't informed about. After kicking up a fuss about the smaller room they knocked the price down on the cleaning charge but still had to pay a bit. Also, the place is a nightmare to find as they have no signs! The reception is on the 10th floor of block e, (you're welcome).
