Very disappointing experience. I stayed only one night and was bitten by bed bugs during the night. In the morning, I found bed bugs on my bed, so I had to throw away my clothes and buy new ones to avoid bringing them home. The room was extremely hot (around 35°C), with no fan or air conditioning, and the conditions were unacceptable. To make things worse, when I checked out, I was asked to pay an extra €2.50 just to borrow a mattress sheet. Charging guests for a basic item that is needed to use the bed feels completely unacceptable and like a dishonest extra charge. I would not recommend staying here.

Very simple but good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the lounge is handy and showers clean. The Sharing kitchen has everything you need.

Great place in a great area

The stay was excellent. Very good vibes from the people that work there.

My first night in a 8 Bed dorm was quite because I share the room with a man from Switzerland

Terrible bunkmates, very loud street, nice management though

The beds were ok, the room smelled weird, the showers were not great, there wasn't a lot of people hanging around when I was there. The best part was the buffet breakfast, very good and worth the price.

Lovely staff and good facilities, felt safe and modern.

Very affordable location, close to sites of interest and the vivacious Kreuzberg hood.
