Everything was good. Room was very compact but, seemed to have everything I needed.

The staff checked all of our passports at check in but had to go through this self serve kiosk which was a pain coz it won’t recognize our names. I don’t know what is the use of the front staff then. The rooms are really small & we end up bumping into each other. We had to bring our trash cans out so they will empty it.

This was the first hotel we stayed in and it did not start off well since the staff speak little English and they use these self check in computers. It took us a little while to figure it all out. The rooms are very small but the location is excellent. It is across from ueno park, where you have museums and a zoo. The trains were very close and there were plenty of restaurant options. I would consider staying here again.

Clean and nice spot!

The location is great. Close to mall, shops like don q, onitsuka, gu,uniqlo, duty free stores, lots of restaurants closeby. Me and the adults who are travelling with enjoyed the izakayas closeby. All within 5-10 min walk. Direct train to and from Narita airport. 5 min walk to Ueno station and subways. Only down side is theres no Laundry within the hotel. We stayed for 5 days and needed to do laundry but the closest laundrymat is 15 min away.

location is fantastic, just a short walk from Ueno Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo and travelling around Japan. The room was compact, as expected in Tokyo, but it was very clean, comfortable, and made excellent use of the available space. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions such as Ueno Park and Ameyoko Market within easy walking distance. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

We stayed three nights and the room was never made. A bag of towels, clean robes and cups with coffee/tea were put outside the door every day. You need to throw your trash out in the hallway if you want it taken away.

Everything was great until we found bed bugs.
