Great Stay, comfortable and clean

There is just 1 elevator working and it was 3 busy days for me. Holiday inn usually have Free breakFast but expedia may be doing a cheaper price but no breakfast so double check it.

Nothing is impressive about the property the bed sheets are filthy -cracked ceiling with dust everywhere - poor lighting in the room can hardly seee around esp at night -property is 100 years old needs renovation - had issues with housekeeping not cleaning our room causing a health & safety concern 😕- Ali the front office manager was great to compensate with a late check out and good approach compared to others saif needs to go on a training session as he entered my room without knocking again poor customer service there !!! Housekeeping staff with little or less English and many times we found our sheets dirty after they had cleaned our rooms I wouldn't recommend this property to any family at all not worthy

Everything was great!

The hotel is in a perfect location for a holiday vacation, which is the main reason I chose to stay here. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. We stayed for six nights as a family of four. Throughout our stay, our room was provided with only one bath towel and two hand towels. Requesting additional towels was difficult, as we were told to wait until the morning for the housekeeping staff who changed the room linens. This was very inconvenient for a family of our size. Another major issue was the elevators. Only one elevator was working during our stay, and the wait times were very long. At one point, my 75-year-old mother had to walk up the stairs to the fifth floor because the elevator was unavailable. This was frustrating and especially concerning for an elderly guest. The location of the hotel is excellent, but better attention to basic guest needs, such as providing adequate towels and ensuring reliable elevator service, would greatly improve the overall experience.

First of all I booked the 2 queen bed room when I got there they gave me the room with only 1 bed also they charged my card full amount of the stay before I even got there and than when I complained about the room they said they’ll give me 40$ back like seriously also I got stuck in the elevator for 15 mins I pressed the help button no answer than I took out my phone and called the hotel from my phone very bad experience never again I’ll book this hotel

The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again.
