As usual, the place was clean and roomy, staff was helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff here are helpful when asked. Rooms are large and clean. It’s conveniently close to Sunworld Halong Park (literally across the street) and a few minutes away by car to the ports (if you’re going to go on a cruise). If you happen to get a room that faces the Sunworld park, you can see the fireworks that occur every weekend (don’t worry it’s not loud where you can’t sleep at night). And right outside the hotel is a 24/7 minimart that you can buy late night cheap beers/snacks to eat in your room if needed.

clean room, nice staff and amenities. You have to ask for A/C to be manually overrided and reduced below a set number due to the whole floor having one set temperature

The location is excellent , close to everything. Staff is friendly, but very hesitant to help. The rooms are outdated, the sink in my room kept getting clogged. The ac in the hotel was not working, in the room it was comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited compared to the other hotels we stayed at. Would rate it 2 star, but the view from the room was breathtaking.

The hotel is listed as 5 star, but it had very low occupancy and as a result there was no air conditioner in the lobby and elevators, the buffet was pretty poor and definitely not up to par, likely for the same reason. The room was comfortable with nice view, but no shower cap/comb/ toothbrush were provided and we were charged for the LAUNDRY BAG!! The water from the shower was spilling over to the toilet room. Gym was closed. Definitely not 5 star hotel.

Value for money, very close to market, sun world is just opposite, instead of coming for a day visit for halong bay cruise, one should stay atleast for 2N.....with sun world experience....we enjoyed a lot 😀

The staffs were wonderful and extremely helpful!

During my stay we experienced a lots of local people traffic. I was very busy during breakfast and around swimming pool If you want to come consider a days and the time of the year?

We went to Ha Long Bay for a two night cruise. We wanted to stay a night after the cruise so we don’t have to rush to the airport. Breakfast buffet was just okay. Too many people and very chaotic. For a little more money you can stay at other hotel. This property looked rundown. Not well maintained
