The balcony room we booked was uncomfortable with a small hard bed, tv was faulty, reception was rude, balcony was inaccessible as only opened by a few inches and when we complained the staff ignored our complaints and concerns. After the first night there we managed to get a room upgrade after threatening to leave and contacting Expedia. We we lucky as we met 2 other couples and one family who checked out in their first 24 hours. BEWARE!!!! Breakfasts were fine as was the area

We checked out 2 days early. Construction to the one side and demolition on the other. Elevator line ups could be long at times. Pool area is very tight. Booked a 2 bedroom family suite but just got 2 rooms adjoining. Overall it’s fine but I’m glad we moved and just took the lose.

Great place to stay and the staff were amazing and so friendly!! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff at front desk, the guys helping with luggage and the breakfast staff were exceptional. Room was clean and loved the view. Only thing that needs changing is a rolldown curtain is needed in the bathroom so people cannot look in on you from other buildings.

Very nice room with balcony looking at the ocean. The room id spacious with a walk in shower. Very modern.

Check-in was very easy and the staff were all very polite and nice. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Good variety of foods for the breakfast and I enjoyed the fresh fruit. Great location near My Khe Beach.

The room was good, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well. The buffet breakfast was super disappointing this time. It was full of cheap,empty carbs and, super spicy Korean foods. Stir fried spicy squid is not what I had in mind for breakfast. Also, I don't think it's appropriate for a 4 star hotel to allow guests to wear BIKINI tops into the restaurant. I don't want to see beach wear when I am dining in a nice hotel. A dress code would be appropriate.

The friendly staff. It was very noisy and lots of construction going on. The supervisor was so nice to change our rooms which l thought l was getting. The rooms were beautiful. The girls that worked there were lovely. The breakfast bar was not very good at all.
