Our family absolutely loved staying at MIMARU Tokyo Kinshicho! The room was incredibly spacious, which made a huge difference when traveling with two kids. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, with so many great restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, and the train station all within easy walking distance. It made exploring Tokyo so convenient. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to answer our questions and made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. If we return to Tokyo, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at MIMARU again. Thank you for making our first trip to Japan so memorable!

Great experience traveling with family. Front desk staff are friendly and speak multiple languages. Laundry room can get very busy at night, but it’s better than not having anything available. We used the same-day luggage delivery service and it was fantastic! Location is great too, with convenient stores steps away, and lots of restaurants. I would recommend this location as an alternative to the other more touristy districts.

Excellent location! The hotel is close to food and train station. We were able to navigate through all the cities in Tokyo.

we stayed twice in our 2 week trip to Japan... at the beginning and at the end. We had a room with 4 twin beds, for our family of 4 (parents and 2 grown children) There was plenty of room. separate toilet from shower room. which help with the number of adults. there was a table and seating area by the tv, and a small kitchenette area. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped me with tools and suggestions when one piece of my luggage broke. The reception staff were very nice and always greeted us when we returned from a day out.

Family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children (tall boys) loved our week stay at Mimaru Tokyo Kinshicho location. The hotel was very clean and we had room service daily and provided pjs, slippers, even toothbrush if you need. Kitchen amenities were useful and room was spacious and comfortable. Laundry room located in the hotel, definitely useful. The staff was very helpful, kind, English speakers and welcoming. The hotel was near 3 major stores Lawson right below the property, and Family Mart, 711 near by, walking distance. The train station was about 5min walk, shopping centers and restaurants close by also. We would definitely recommend this Mimaru location and would love to come back to stay here again. Thank you Mimaru Tokyo Kinshicho staff for an excellent experience and memorable stay.
