Great location. Big space suitable for families.

Great location, clean and neat with very reasonable price!

We have always stayed at this Mimaru whenever we visit Tokyo and it has always been an excellent stay. It is aprox 12 mins walk to Tokyo station and its surrounding area and it is next 3 convenience stores, one being at the bottom of the hotel! We always enjoy the breakfast from one of those stores and bringing it back to the hotel to eat as the room has a nice dining table that we can all sit around. We went for the bunk bed and separate bed room type this time around although the main living room was slightly smaller than what we were used to, the fact we had an extra room meant we, family of 5 can comfortably stay. Staff at reception are always super helpful, speaking excellent English (better than my Japanese for sure!) and always eager to help. I've noticed there are tons of other Mimaru but I feel with the proximity to the Tokyo station and 2 other underground stations being like 5 mins walk away, this makes the most convenient and efficient place to base your self. We will be back for sure!

We loved the mini kitchen and washer/ dryer in our suite. Probably wouldn’t pay extra for the City view next time since many buildings were blocking the view. About 20 minute flat walk from Tokyo Station and only minutes away from the subway. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and a few drugstores and markets. Peaceful escape from the other crazy overcrowded areas in Tokyo. Staff communicated well whenever I had any questions and the response was prompt. Definitely would recommend staying here again! The staff at this hotel were very friendly and very helpful, I wish I remembered their names. The hotel was clean and the room had everything we needed, including a toaster and a rice cooker. Being further from the city center, the neighborhood seemed quieter and calmer.

Property was clean. Check in friendly. We had the 14th floor with two separate rooms and toilets, which was a plus with a family of 4. We had a full kitchen and also a washer/dryer. Only negative was the rooms were small and the beds were hard as a rock. Pillows also flattens out pretty fast. But, if you travel Asia much, most are very small. Highly recommend this place if you need two separate rooms and toilets.

Well located, close to two metro stations and main Tokio station. Clean and efficient rooms with necessary amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful.
