The seven eleven and saizeriya restaurant were very convenient and inexpensive with 3 teens. The location was close to multiple forms of transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and staff are friendly

Great place for a family looking for a clean functional room with four beds. We had a very spacious Japanese suite. Kitchen was fully stocked, and with 7-Eleven downstairs, we had everything we needed for breakfast. Close to two subway stops. All necessities were provided or available upon request. Mattresses were a little on the firm side, but I nonetheless had no trouble sleeping. Bathrooms were excellent and plentiful. One tip: there are blackout curtains behind the Japanese screens on the windows, be sure to use them if you want to sleep in. Overall very practical place to stay with a family, and I was completely satisfied. The hotel staff was excellent, spoke fluent English, and was very helpful as well!

We had a two bedroom Japanese suite and it was wonderful. The whole place was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the place clean during our week there. The front desk staff was helpful and responded to all my inquiries when my travel was delayed which meant a lot. When we come back to Tokyo, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Conveniently located near multiple subway lines and above 7-11. The place was spacious compared to other hotels that we stayed in Japan Only negative is that laundry is shared but no issues with getting laundry done

We have stayed at different Mimaru locations previously, and this one was excellent too!

The hotel is in a convenient location. We were traveling with our Daughter/Family who was staying 8 nights. We only stayed for 3, but wanted to be in the same hotel. It is a bit confined for space. We had the twin room for my wife and I, but you had to coordinate some movements to not run into each other. But, it was certainly better than a cookie cutter hotel room with bathroom. AC unit in main area and another in bedroom, so easy to manage temperatures. Bathroom was nice and very clean. I will only add that because the 4+ floors have an open center atrium, but landings outside the room were a bit dirty. Paying almost double what a regular hotel room rate is, I expected it a bit more in that area. I understand security, but a bit of a bummer that we (5th floor) could not go up to our family's room (6th floor) or them to us. I think if you have a room key you should be able to visit the other floors.

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and outstanding service. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!
