The room was big and clean. The rooftop was gorgeous and it was also close to the subway

The hotel has a magnificent location. Super easy to walk to major attractions and metro stations. The breakfast was pricey but since the hotel is super well located you can grab something better at a more affordable price. I do recommend it.

Great location would definitely stay there again

Furniture upgrades needed especially in roof top bar. Also Bartender we had didn’t make drinks very well but that was only one night. Overall staff was great, room was ok but no where to have suitcase open except on floor.

Great stay and perfect for a city break with my son. Property and clean, staff were helpful but the breakfast was over priced for what it was.

Great chic hotel. Only bad thing to say was the elevators. They were incredibly slow - especially around check out. We waited 15 minutes and saw 4 elevators stop at our floor as we were trying to leave, and eventually had to take the stairs.

As a first timer of NYC, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent with quick access to N/W subway lines which take you most anywhere you’d want to go. The hotel appeared high end, had helpful and sincere staff at the front desk, the rooftop bar, and the ground floor restaurant. The view from the bar upstairs was breathtaking. The restaurant was delicious and staff was wonderful. The room was compact but well featured. The bathroom fixtures were modern yet timeless. The sink and shower flowed correctly without being clogged. The room was very clean. An umbrella was provided which came in handy to borrow during the rainy weekend. The elevators are fast and they have 3 always running. The rooms blackout curtains helped us sleep in well. The city view was a nice welcome to NYC. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Staff were very informative, nice, and quick to assist. The location is an ideal spot, and is easy to get to. The lobbies and floor were clean and modern. The rooms were also clean and modern and staff were quick to assist with anything needed or issues. Also a bonus, the rooftop bar is right on top, showing a clear site of the skyline and city, with nice aesthetics inside. It was nice to be able to head back to the room right after :D
