良い The shower needed a good scrub. Vanity drawer was broken. No extractor fan in shower. The whole bathroom foggy after shower. No place to put your soap in the shower. Wooden Windows didn’t shut properly. I complained and the staff told me that it can’t be fixed. I could hear all the noise from outside. All the Staff there were very friendly. We enjoyed the food it was really good. We loved the ocean view while dinning.

良い Everything was good apart from the restaurant music go's until 10pm and the back on at 7am ,not good while in room 7 as you cant get a good sleep after traveling there pillows where lumpy too ,but staff where brilliant and property is very good

Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable for some guests. You need to employ more men to make luggage handling easier for workers at the resort.

Good location in quiet area. My room was a cabin style with plenty of space for solo traveler. The grounds were simple and practical. Main driveway entry is on a busy corner. Restaurant food was great as well as the service. Front table area was undergoing big improvements for guests. Good value good staff.

Unfortunately there were renovation works taking place... so trying to relax with hammers and chainsaw was not ideal. I wish we had been advised when I booked.
Otherwise the food was excellent, the staff outstanding.
The room was just ok, despite the offered upgrade. No light switch by the bed, super noisy aircon that kept waking us up at night. Kayaks were cracked and the beach is nothing like the photos - don't trust what you see.
But the outstanding staff and great food, as well as a well planned property overall (once the reno is finished) deserved the extra star.

Room needs a long mirror and bit more comfortable mattress.
It was clean and staff friendly. Had AC and fan. Nice little ptivate balcony to have your coffee.
