Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, good choice at breakfast but toaster needs speeding up or replacing.
Friendly staff, room was clean and had everything needed for a peaceful sleep in a comfortable bed.
Close Metro and bus routes, 15mins from airport in a taxi.

I had a pleasant stay at DWO Alcalá Hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection to start the day. The staff were helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions.
One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is not very close to the city center, so you’ll need to take public transport or have a car to get around easily.
Also, note that the restaurant only serves à la carte food starting from 7pm — something to consider if you're arriving hungry earlier in the evening.
Overall, a good option if you're looking for a quiet and clean place to stay outside the busy city center.

First of all clean rooms. Nice staff, and very polite reception and most important thing that they knew english! Very safe place. Little bit far from city center but not any big deal. Near to subway and very pleasure resturants nearby. We enjoyed staying there and we will back for sure.👍❤️
