A basic room in a fantastic location for tourists (it is in Ximen, many shops, restaurants, convenience stores and close to Ximen MRT). However, there was no room service (labeled as an eco friendly hotel but not obviously in the marketing prior to getting here) - though we were always able to ask for more towels. Bit of mould in the bathroom which was long standing, and no AC temperature control we could find (centralised AC which was at a decent temp though). Overall was intended as a stay at a cheaper price than other accommodation in Taipei so you do need to weigh that up (booked some weeks prior to trip). We didn't mind not having amenities as there was so much to do in Taipei and we got out most of the day, arriving home often after ten/eleven at night.

Service was good, although limited unless asked. Property is very dated.

Perfect location in Ximending! Down a safe, quiet alley but your foot steps away from the Heart of the city and famous places like Crispy Milk Donut and Xin Ten Fung. Also metro is 5 min walk!

Excellent staff, perfect location, no breakfast,

The staff here was phenomenal, always greeting me by name. The room was quirky but comfortable once I understood how things worked. The AC was a 3 switch on the wall, low medium and high. The hot water takes a bit but was plentiful after 5 or so minutes. I would stay here again. Mattress was A+++

The location was splendid. Really easy to access the city and metro. Would definitely stay again

It was wonderful stay. We love the service n the room is small but workable for the short stay. Service from the front desk is awesome. Would recommend to families n friends. Will definitely come back again for sure

Good location and easy to find room is clean but entrance main door some special smelling come from the underground’s drain. Overall 4 out of 5.
