It is a beautiful, contemporary hotel with creative aesthetic features. The room was lovely, very clean with a fabulous shower facility.
The reception staff were excellent, informative, helpful, supportive and marvellous in every way. A huge thank you.
I also loved the roof top bar and brillant views of the river, at night time.

The staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast options were good and our room had a great view of the river. I would highly recommend a stay here.

I appreciated the staff's warm welcome and the clean, comfortable, well-designed room. WiFi worked well. There's a nice rooftop bar overlooking the river with local beer and delicious meat skewers. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, while short of being spectacular. Will return.

Staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are compact but of a high standard. The only let down for me was the lack of milk / coffee mate for my morning coffee. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on this trip and we’d travelled from Thailand visiting 3 other hotels.

少しがっかりビジネス
I booked non smoking suite but they put me in a smoking floor without asking me. The whole floor is smelly and noisy due to Chinese. Someone one even smoked in the elevator.
