Been here several times, never had an issue with them.. i even forgot an item, they informed me and offered to hold onto it until i come back. Highly recommend

The room was a very good size with a separate living area, kitchen and bedroom but it does not have a window. The location is too far from District 1 but is close to the airport. The mattress is very hard. There is daily room cleaning service which is great.

Room is clean and the cleaners come everyday. However if you dont want your room cleaned and have put the 'Do not disturb' sign, still expect relentless knocking on your door and phone calls asking if you want the room cleaned. Even after telling them to please not call or knock if the 'dnd' sign is there, they didnt listen. Other staff on the ground floor are very uninterested and unhelpful. Staff continune to sit at the tables on their phones when you come to sitdown for food. One instance i sat down at a table for 10 minutes whilst deciding what to order for food while a group of 6 workers starred at me and we're laughing. After getting up to place my order they told me the kitchen is closed. Why no one could have told me that earlier instead of gossiping about me i have no clue Outside of these issues and the location being far from the centre, the stay was decent

Live wires in bathroom overhead cupboard - can kill A person- refer photo. Floors continually dirty, cleaners are untrained, no privacy in rooms. Had intruders into my room unannounced- they had my room keys. Breaches of privacy

I spent 5 days here and it’s pretty good

I went to the Gangwhoo hospital for a surgery and this was one of the recommended hotels. The location was perfect, front desk staff helpful, and my room was cleaned every day. There was free water on the 4th floor. The bed was very hard, but I heard that was standard in Vietnam? not sure, but just wanted to note it. I would recommend and def go back. Great value. My only complaint would be that I would have liked the restaurant to be open for longer hours since I was totally off on my time zones
