This hotel was comfortable and spacious. In a good area. And good breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Pure Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels and would happily stay here again. From the moment we arrived, check-in was quick and seamless. The front desk staff were welcoming and waiting to assist us, making the entire arrival process easy after a long journey. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing our family to rest well each night. The location was another highlight. It’s situated on a quiet street, which was perfect for traveling with children, yet it’s still within easy walking distance of the city center and many of Athens’ main attractions. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and featured delicious local options. The breakfast attendant was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had an early flight on our departure day, and they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us before the official breakfast hours so we wouldn’t have to leave on an empty stomach. That level of hospitality truly made a lasting impression. We highly recommend Pure Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels to anyone visiting Athens, especially families looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and conveniently located hotel with exceptional service. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Very good hotel with a fantastic location close to the major historic sites.

The staff at Pure Hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had an issue with our room, and they went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special thank you to Nicholas and Anthony for their excellent recommendations on places to visit around Athens. Their local tips made our trip even more enjoyable. Nicholas also kindly arranged for us to store our luggage at the hotel while we traveled to Santorini, which was a huge convenience. We had a wonderful time in Athens, and staying at Pure Hotel made the experience even better. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality!

Excellent: location, breakfast, staff. We had some minor issues with the shuttle and costs, but not a big deal. .

Great location with spacious rooms. Breakfast offered was only OK. Hotel is really small. Stayed at similar hotel for similar price and liked it way better for the price.

I was only able to stay 1 of the 3 nights booked. My room was within 1 foot of the elevator and very noisy throughout the night. Walls are extremely thin so in addition to elevator traffic noise, I could hear everything going on in the room above me. Bathroom has a sign to not flush toilet paper. Did not sleep at all plus the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I requested to be moved to another room but staff was unhelpful. I left the very next day and when I contacted Expedia about receiving a partial refund for the unused nights it was refused. I had to book a last minute reservation at Coco-Mat BC and it was the best decision. Would not recommend the Pure if you value quality customer service, any amenities, flushing toilet paper, a comfortable bed or peace while trying to sleep. This is definitely a 2.5 star hotel at best, not a 4 star.

Customer service was lacking. When they forgot to clean our room. I asked the two people at the front desk if they could bring towels and change the trash they said they don't do that and housekeeping was gone for the day.
