Excellent stay. Room was lovely and clean and the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. One issue was on one of the days we could not get breakfast as nowhere to sit and we had pre paid for this. Right near to a metro station.

Bed dirty full of long hair and pubic hair .
Shower drain terrible smell
Curtains damaged broken
Mirror dirty
Breakfast was okey
Same level as ibis budget, NOT STYLE at all.

It was a good stay in Paris. The hotel was friendly and nice to have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water available 24/7 in the breakfast room downstairs.
The breakfast was nice but it was extremely busy when we went and because it’s a small hotel it is difficult to find somewhere to sit so going very early is a must
Rooms are small and bathroom was compact but very typical in Paris for smaller hotels.

It was a very poor experience staying st ibis starting from receiving an email 2 days before checkin stating that hotels.com overbooked the hotel and the room that I booked is not available so they gave us different rooms. During the stay the lift stopped working and no one bothered to get it fixed for 3 days. The breakfast is basic and is repetitive. The stairs carpet is completely worn out and doesn’t look like is cleaned ever. The AC didn’t work on the first day.

The property is okay, the rooms are very tiny, i could hardly walk good in the room, the bathroom i could not even wash my feet because i was fitted in to the bath and was very disgusting to not take a proper shower..
