AC OK. Clean. Staff good and speak English well. No knives provided. No dishcloth provided. No dressing gowns provided. Door locks to front door and to bathroom difficult to use.

No AC or air in the elevator, elderly could easily get heat stroke. One of our 2 apartment smell like sewage during the day

部屋は快適でかつ、シャワーの圧力が非常によい。一方でチェックアウト時に順番をコントロールできていないため抜かされて不快に感じた。手続きを除けば全般的に非常に良い。我慢することが大事

The hotel is well located near a big shopping mall and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. But most importantly they texted me when I was on my way to the airport because I had forgotten my wallet in the hotel room 🙏🙏!. I had no idea I had forgotten my wallet with all my important documents and cards. Everything was in my wallet and because of their great service I managed to get my flight on time. Thank you so much for your service and honesty ❤️

Overall a nice location for westerners. This is just a few observations to explain the location limitations. We had a room for 3 but only had 2 towels. Received another but had to ask. Hot water in bathroom sink and showers only (not kitchen). Curtains don’t block light. A/C works well and is in all areas. Access to pool unusual, pool closes at 7:00, they request specific swimware for women, and no chairs around pool.

Cleanliness can be improved. We got into our suite and were greeted by 3 cockroaches. The bathroom was dirty with mouldy silicone around the bath area, and there was a constant sewer smell that we couldn't get rid of.
The living room air-con didn't work very well and there wasn't enough lighting in the bedroom. There wasn't a table in the bedroom as well which was inconvenient.
